We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for helping to create and execute our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a solid marketing background, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.

• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and community growth.

• Proactively engage with the DevRel team to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities and work closely with the team to track lead flow and convert opportunities.
  
• Support thought leadership across the company with marketing campaigns that promote the expertise and offering among clients and other stakeholders.
  
• Manage our marketing automation / CRM system.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and ROI according to our KPIs.
• Work across multiple teams and manage content for all product releases.
  
• Bring ideas to the table that inspire, engage, and challenge the way we do things to ensure maximum impact.
  
• Be willing to learn and become an expert on our key personas, work with the DevRel team, and develop a persona-based strategy for lead conversion.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven marketing capabilities, including strategy, writing, creation, and execution of marketing assets across multiple media – including social media, blogs, websites, and email.
• Track record of measurable success in developing and growing pipelines through innovative programs to scale company growth.
• Familiarity with marketing automation / CRM platforms.
• A true team player with a positive, proactive, and energetic approach to marketing and growth; both business and personal.
• Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
• Vital project and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy is a plus.
• Prior work experience with a developer tooling company is a plus.
