We're looking for a motivated Visual Designer, to help us bring creative concepts to life for our fast-growing product. Working within the Design Team, you'll work alongside our Product Designers and Visual Designer on the execution of visuals, web design and video content. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct application of our brand identity and strategy on all our internal and external design touch points, to create a consistent brand experience for our audience

• Help apply our new brand identity and guidelines on all existing design collaterals

• Create high-quality illustration, animation and video content for our social channels

• Maintain the internal design assets library and presentation decks
  

• Collaborate with our Product, DevRel, and Engineering to create landing pages for our website
  

• Design must-have swags for our developer community (t-shirts, tote bags, stickers, or anything crazy you have in mind)
  

Requirements

• First and foremost - you are passionate about design, creative in every design you work on, and eager to learn and grow

• A problem solver with an excellent eye for detail. “Every design must look beautiful and make sense / tell a story”
  

• Highly organized individual with the ability and passion to meet deadlines
  

• Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
  

• Experience working in-house or with agencies
  

• Portfolio that demonstrates experience in both Branding and Web Design, showcasing detail-oriented, thoughtful, and creative design work
  

• Skilled in using the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign
  

• Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a real advantage
  

• Skilled in using Figma
  

• Experience with illustration and motion graphics design is a huge advantage
  

• Curious about learning new tools and aware of design trends to stay one step ahead
  

• Knowledge about software development is a plus, but not necessary. However, the drive to learn as much as possible about our target audience and the product is a must
